Honoring all of you, all that you are... mind, body and spirit. This may include a combination of Reiki, Hydrotherapy, Compression, Crystals, Reflexology, Craniosacral, Lymphatic Drainage, Massage, Symphony of the Cells or Essential Oils, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, and or Sound. Every body is different. After over 25 years of practicing energy work, and then jumping into massage I found that as I approached the client I first needed to address the energy aspect of what was going on for them.
The session will unfold in a way that is perfect for you. Listening to your needs and your energy field I will begin with work that your body is calling for. The massage may include the head, neck, shoulders, feet and back and essential oils along the spine. Crystal Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Drums, Rattles may be part of the session. This is not a deep tissue massage or a "fix" it massage. Not to say that things can't be corrected... but this session is an honoring.
This session is the type of session I received in the beginning. My teacher offered Reiki, Polarity, Massage for back and feet, bowls, forks and crystals. It was like going home. I miss those sessions!
Removal of clothes from the waist up and pants and socks are needed for this session.
