My Bio

 I've been playing around with energy work since 1996, took my first Reiki class in 1998 and discovered what I finally wanted to be when I grew up. I opened my first office in 2001.  I found Sound to be such an important tool for me and I started to incorporate it in my sessions right away.    

Licenses Massage Therapist, Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, IET Master-Instructor, LifeBreath, Sound Healing, Chakradance, SpiritDance, ChakraTribe Facilitator. Upledger Craniosacral Therapy,  Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Access Bars, Reflexologist, Quantum Touch Instructor, Lymphatic Drainage, Hypnotherapist, Polarity and Karuna Reiki to name a few.  I studied drumming with Tori and Shirten of Inanna Sisters in Rhythm, Sound with Jonathan Goldman, John Beaulieu, Sound Healing Academy,  and James D'Angelo. I recently spent a week in New York learning from Joule L'Adara of Sounding Circles & We Play Well Together.   I am a Vibrational Sound Therapy Practitioner with the Vibrational Sound Association.

 I was honored to offered classes and private sessions at Joan Lunden's Camp Reveille for  years.  Which has now ended and morphed into our Mainely Women Retreats. 

  Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love being part of the Mainely Women Retreats.  Women from all over the U.S. come to take part in our special retreat. Our retreats have come to an end but I will always hold them in my heart!  

This past summer I was part of several retreats offering sound and movement.
