The Connected Practice – A mindful movement and breath experience:
This class is an invitation to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and connection. Creating a sense of balance and unity between body, mind, and breath. We welcome students of all levels and encourage you to explore your inner world through this opportunity for mindful movement and breath.
My daughter, Tawnya Dixon will begin by leading the group through a heart and crown opening meditation, followed by a series of gentle yoga poses. This practice is about uniting your movements with your breath, creating space to receive and facilitating a deeper connection with yourself and the Sacred.
I will be offering Sound during the meditation and then I will begin my portion of Soundings BreathWave as you slip into Savasana. Tawnya will be assisting me throughout the breath process. Empower your journey to optimal wellness, clarity, and spiritual connection by mastering the inner art of conscious breathing, where intention meets transformation.
Breathwork, is a dynamic personal self-help tool. This deep diaphragmatic breathing practice offers a profound opportunity for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual renewal.
Physically, detoxify and oxygenate your body. Emotionally, release and let go. Mentally, find clarity and inner truth. Spiritually, connect with your unique expression of the sacred.
Through a synergistic blend of deep breathing, affirmations, great music, Sound Healing, Reiki, and intuitive techniques, you'll embark on an inward journey, expanding your consciousness and inviting joy, gratitude, and bliss into your life.
Join us and breathe change into your life. Wear comfortable clothing to breathe in, bring water, and an open heart.
Please reach out if you have any questions. You can visit the Soundings BreathWave page to see if breathwork is right for you.
If you're not feeling well the day of class, we ask that you rest and heal and wait to join us at another time. Thank you!
